789bdt Terms & Conditions

1.1 — Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on 789bdt, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 789bdt or any affiliated company.
• You have not previously had a 789bdt account suspended or permanently closed for a policy violation.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.

1.2 — Registration Information

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in your own name. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. 789bdt is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate registration data provided by the player.

1.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 789bdt support immediately. 789bdt is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

1.4 — Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your 789bdt account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is processed, all pending wagers will be settled and any withdrawable balance will be returned via your registered payment method. Accounts subject to ongoing fraud investigations may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.

2.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

789bdt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions must be initiated using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payment transactions — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.2 — Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum single deposit on 789bdt is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 789bdt wallet in real time under normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business day to be reflected. 789bdt does not charge a platform fee on deposits.

2.3 — Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals from KYC-verified accounts are processed within the same BST business day for requests submitted before 20:00 BST. Requests submitted after 20:00 BST are processed the following business day. 789bdt does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, your payment provider may apply its own transfer charges, for which 789bdt accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as your 789bdt account. 789bdt reserves the right to perform additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal.

2.4 — Currency

All balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts on the 789bdt platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. 789bdt does not support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion undertaken by your payment provider is outside the control of 789bdt and any resulting exchange rate differences are borne entirely by the player.

2.5 — Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 789bdt reserves the right to levy an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month on dormant accounts with a positive balance. Players will be notified by the contact information on file before any dormancy fee is applied. No dormancy fee will reduce a balance below zero.

3.1 — Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms. Unless promotion-specific terms state otherwise, the default wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each offer; unmet requirements result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

3.2 — Bonus Abuse

789bdt takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once; placing low-risk hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; exploiting technical errors or pricing anomalies in the platform; and coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional structures. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus-derived balances forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

3.3 — Promotion Availability

789bdt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by players who have already opted in under the original terms. Promotions are available to eligible registered players only and may be subject to geographic, payment-method, or game-category restrictions as specified per offer.

4.1 — Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on 789bdt are subject to acceptance by the platform. 789bdt reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: bets placed after an event has concluded; bets placed in error due to a system malfunction; bets based on information unavailable to the general public at the time of placement; and bets that are part of a suspected fraudulent pattern. A bet confirmation notification does not guarantee that the bet has been irrevocably accepted.

4.2 — Void and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event or match is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, or abandoned before a result is determined, 789bdt will void all open bets on that event and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. In-play bets settled before any official abandonment announcement are not subject to reversal unless a clear system error is identified.

4.3 — Palpable Errors

789bdt reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published as a result of a human or technical error — commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "obvious mistake". An odds error is considered palpable if the published price is materially inconsistent with the prevailing fair market price at the time of placement. 789bdt will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly upon identifying such errors.

4.4 — Responsible Use of the Platform

Players are expected to use the 789bdt platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with its intended purpose as an entertainment service. Any use of automated scripts, bots, data scrapers, or other software to systematically access, monitor, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

5.1 — Intellectual Property

All content on the 789bdt platform — including but not limited to the site design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 789bdt or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission from 789bdt.

5.2 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 789bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game or betting outcomes caused by technical malfunctions outside our reasonable control. 789bdt's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the net deposited balance held in that player's account at the time of the incident.

5.3 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 789bdt, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or other rights; or any fraudulent or abusive activity conducted through your account.

5.4 — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 789bdt, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through 789bdt's customer support channel. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits 789bdt's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

5.5 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
